If your refugee claim has been refused by the Refugee Protection Division (RPD), you may have the right to appeal the decision to the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD). At Behnoush Shafiei Immigration Services, we assist with preparing and submitting a complete Application to Reopen, including reviewing the original decision, preparing written submissions, gathering supporting evidence, and communicating with the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Spousal & Common-Law Sponsorship allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouse or partner to become a permanent resident of Canada. The program is designed to reunite families and applies to legally married couples as well as common-law partners who have lived together in a genuine relationship for at least 12 consecutive months.
