Hi, I’m Behnoush Shafiei Sararoodi, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and someone who personally understands what it means to start over in a new country. I immigrated to Canada in 1998, and that experience shaped who I am today — it taught me the importance of compassion, resilience, and having someone by your side who truly cares.
Since 2021, I’ve dedicated my practice to refugee and protection law, helping individuals and families who are seeking safety and a fresh start in Canada. Working in this field has been more than a career for me , it’s a calling. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most emotional and life-changing moments of their lives, from refugee claims to appeals, and every step in between.

Beyond my practice, I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, with plans to graduate in 2026/2027. Education has always been close to my heart, it helps me better understand how people learn, communicate, and grow. This background also helps me simplify complex legal processes for my clients, so they can make informed and confident decisions.
Having walked the path of immigration myself, I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who understands both the process and the emotions behind it.
